- Total Value Added: Is the sum of directly generated revenue and value added through the online marketing activities.
- Revenue: Revenue from reservations that is directly achieved through the online marketing activities.
- Value Added: This is the monetary added value generated by the various online marketing activities, such as new newsletter subscribers, received inquiries, generated vouchers, etc.
- A+ ROI: Measures the profitability of the online marketing activities. In doing so, all agency costs and the advertising budget used are compared with the total value added created.
Example calculation: An A+ ROI of 600% means that for every euro invested, a total value creation of 6 euros is generated. - Leads: This is the total number of new contact details of potential guests generated through the online marketing activities.

- Total Ad Spend: This is the total amount of funds invested in placing ads on advertising platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and/or TikTok.
