[Campaigns](https://knowledge.additive.eu/en/knowledge/additive-newsletter?hsLang=en#campaigns) # How are videos and GIFs added? ## Campaigns Due to the large amount of data and display difficulties in the ADDITIVE+ NEWSLETTER, videos can only be linked and not embedded directly.  When embedding videos directly in the newsletter, there would always be a high risk that they would not be displayed correctly to the recipients. This is because many email programs such as Outlook or Gmail do not support video formats. Newsletters with embedded videos additionally require a lot of storage space. The large amount of data can lead to spam filters rejecting the email completely or only displaying the email in the spam folder. This negatively impacts your reputation as a sender. These can be created via [Canva](https://www.canva.com/de_de/erstellen/gif-maker/), [Veed.io](https://www.veed.io/de-DE/erstellen/gif-ersteller), [Giphy](https://giphy.com/create/gifmaker) and uploaded to the ADDITIVE multimedia database.
