[Address Books](https://knowledge.additive.eu/en/knowledge/additive-newsletter?hsLang=en#address-books) # How do I add contacts to an address book? ## Address Books \+ Access ADDITIVE+ NEWSLETTER \+ Click on "Address Books" \+ Click on the address book where the contacts are to be added \+ Click on the plus symbol at the bottom right \+ Choose from the following options:  \+ Add a new subscriber \+ Enter the contact data (mandatory fields: e-mail, language) \+ Click on "Save" \+ Import subscribers (CSV/Excel) \+ Select the file containing the contacts to be imported  \+ Assign the correct fields (mandatory fields: e-mail, language) \+ Click on "Import" ATTENTION: - The more addresses are uploaded, the longer the import takes. The status of the import can be checked at the top right under "Information". - Only subscriptions can be imported.
