      How do I cancel a scheduled newsletter?

      Campaigns

      + Access ADDITIVE+ NEWSLETTER

      + Click on "Campaigns"

      + Click on the scheduled campaign

      + Click on "More" in the upper right corner

      + Click on "Cancel"

      + Click on "Stop delivery"

       

      ATTENTION: If the newsletter mailing has already started, it is not possible to track who has already received the newsletter. If the newsletter mailing is scheduled in the future, the entire dispatch will be stopped.
