How do I create a rating?

Ratings play a decisive role when it comes to guests' booking decisions. It is therefore important to keep them up to date.

+ Access ADDITIVE+ CONTENT

+ Click on "Contents”

+ Click on "Ratings"

Before creating a rating, it is necessary to create a category if one does not already exist:

+ Click on the plus sign on the lower right

+ Click on "Category"

+ Create categories:

+ Enter the name

+ Click on "Save"

Now the first rating for the category can be created:

+ Click on the plus sign on the lower right

+ Click on "Rating"

+ Fill in the following fields in the section on the left:

+ OTA: Select the OTA. The following platforms are used the most: Google, HolidayCheck, and Tripadvisor.

+ Score: Enter the score (the score must be a positive number).

+ Fill in the following fields in the section on the right:

+ Categories: Select one or more of the previously created categories

+ Click on "Save"
