How do I create a room?

+ Access ADDITIVE+ CONTENT

+ Click on "Contents" 

+ Click on "Rooms"

Before creating a room, it is necessary to create a category if one does not already exist:

+ Click on "create category"

+ Create categories:

+ Enter the name

+ Enter an optional description

+ Click on "Create category"

Now the first room for the category can be created:

+ Click on "create room"

+ Fill in the following fields in the section on the left: 

+ Title: Name of the room

+ Description: Short description of the room

+ Amenities: Room amenities

+ Additional information (optional)

+ Label (optional): Select a symbol and enter highlighted text that will appear as a badge on the offer.

+ Metadata (optional): This element enables the individual naming of the page and completes the URL under which the page can be called up.

+ Images: Choose images

+ Room sketches: Choose a room sketch

+ Interests, travel motives and travel periods (optional): Select one or more keywords

+ Fill in the following fields in the section on the right:

+ Categories:

+ Category: Select one or more of the previously created categories

+ Roomdetails:

+ Room type: Select the room type

+ Code (optional): Enter the room code defined in the PMS

+ Base rate: Enter the base rate 

+ Price information: Choose between "Per person" and "Per accommodation unit"

+ Living Area: Enter the square meters

+ Room type: Select the room type

+ Default Occupancy: Set the default occupancy

+ Minimum occupancy: Set the minimum occupancy

+ Maximum occupancy: Set the maximum occupancy

+ Click on "Save"

+ Click on "Publish"

+ Select the language

+ Click on "Publish"
