      How do I create an ADDITIVE+ INQUIRY channel?

      Channels

      This feature is only available to persons with ADDITIVE Partner status.

       

      + Access ADDITIVE+ INQUIRY

      + Click on "Channels"

      + Click on the plus sign on the lower right

      + Name: Enter name ("ADDITIVE+ MARKETING AUTOMATION", "Landingpage", "DEALS" etc.)

      + Click on "Create"

      + Check the configuration:

      + Email Delivery: The slider should always be active

      + Recipient of the Inquiries: Enter the e-mail address to which requests should be sent

      + Interface configuration (optional): Enter the credentials ("AlpineBits", "Casablanca", "Re:Guest", "MTS")

      + Autoresponder: The slider should always be active

      + Email Content: Click on the pencil icon to customize the text as desired
