How do I create an offer?

+ Access ADDITIVE+ CONTENT

+ Click on "Contents"

+ Click on "Offer"

Before creating an offer, it is necessary to create a category if one does not already exist:

INFO: If the hotel has many offers, several categories can be created. Either season-specific categories (spring, summer, fall, winter) or theme-specific categories (wellness, active, culinary) are created. No images are provided for the categories.

+ Click on the plus sign on the lower right

+ Click on "Category"

+ Create categories:

+ Enter the name

+ Click on "Save"

Now the first offer for the category can be created:

+ Click on the plus sign on the lower right

+ Click on "Offer"

+ Fill in the following fields in the section on the left:

+ Title: Name of the offer (integrate discounts in the title if possible)

+ Description: Short description

+ Included services: List of the services included in the offer

+ Images: Select an image that can be viewed on the landing page

+ Interests, travel motives and travel periods (optional): Select one or more keywords

+ Fill in the following fields in the section on the right:

+ General:

+ Category: Select one or more of the previously created categories

+ Code (optional): Enter the room code defined in the PMS

+ Price information: Choose between "price per person & day", "price per accommodation & day", "per day", "per person", "per accommodation", "bundle"

+ Overnight stays (optional): Enter the number of overnight stays

+ Metadata (optional):

+ File name: This element enables the individual naming of the page and completes the URL under which the page can be called up.

+ Title: This is the HTML title tag that is visible when the tab is opened. The page title is evaluated by the search engines for placement and should contain as many of the keywords as possible.

+ Description: This element is equivalent to the "Meta Description" and summarizes the content in a few words.

+ Label (optional):

+ Symbol: Choose between flame and heart

+ Label

+ Click "Save"

+ Click on "Publish"

Now the prices and time period for the offer can be defined:

+ Click on "Price List"

+ Click on "Add time period"

+ Time Period: Select the start date and end date of the offer

+ Price: Enter the offer price (leave the field empty to set the room prices individually).

+ Click "Save"

INFO: The categories can be placed in the desired order using drag-and-drop.
