How do I send a newsletter?

Campaigns

+ Access ADDITIVE+ NEWSLETTER

+ Click on "Campaigns"

+ Select the campaign that should be sent 

+ Fill in and activate the required settings:

+ Subject Line & Sender

+ Subject Line: Select a fitting subject line. There is also the option of using AI-generated suggestions, which are generated based on the newsletter content.

+ Preview Text (Optional): This is displayed after the subject line and can generate additional interest.

+ Sender: Corresponds to the e-mail address from which the newsletter is sent.

+ Reply To (Optional): Enter the email address to which replies should be sent to.

+ Recipients

+ Recipients

+ Address Book: Contains all email addresses that are relevant to the newsletter.

+ Groups (optional): Contains all email addresses within the previously created group.

+ Saved Filters (optional): Contain all email addresses within a previously saved filter.

+ Recipient Language: Only recipients with the selected language will receive the newsletter.

+ Subscribers Excluded from Campaign (Optional): Here you can specify a list of addresses, a group or a filter that will be excluded from receiving the newsletter.

+ Resend Campaign

+ Resend Campaign to all Non-Openers (optional): Click on the slider icon to activate.

+ Time Schedule for Resend Campaign: specify the days and times until the resend.

+ Subject for Resend Campaign: the new subject line should differ from the original one, to make the newsletter less likely to end up as spam. 

+ Tracking

+ Track clicks (always enable) 

+ Track openings (always enable)

+ UTM-Parameter

+ Campaign name: Corresponds to the name of the newsletter at the beginning of the configuration and defines under which campaign the data can be found in Google Analytics.

+ Click on "Send" in the upper right corner 

+ Sending is possible if no error messages (red dots) are displayed

+ Spam check: Click on "Execute" to perform a spam check

+ Test Email: Click on "Execute" to send out a test mailing

+ Email Preview: Click on "Execute" to test the newsletter on different mail clients

+ Click on "Send" to send the newsletter instantly 

+ Activate "Schedule send" to set a later date and time

 

ATTENTION:

If there are a large number of addresses, the dispatch may take several hours. Recipients are prioritized depending on the email client and those with critical mail clients are scheduled last.
