The update brings improvements in usability, presentation, and KPI visualization: - **New Design:** All report slides have been redesigned from the ground up, presenting results in a clearer, more modern, and user-friendly way. - **New A+ ROI Indicator:** The A+ ROI is now displayed as a circular progress indicator. Based on the return achieved, the result is automatically assigned to one of five performance tiers. - **More Personalized Reports:** The responsible Customer Success Manager, including their photo, is now displayed directly in the report.
