Reports
This section provides detailed insight into occupancy performance across different reports. Occupancy is calculated based on effective room nights from all reservations, including options, and accounts for closing periods, leap years, and any changes in room count if defined in account settings.

+ Room occupancy: This chart lets you compare room occupancy across multiple years on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis. Use the cut-off date to view occupancy as it stood on a specific day. The Benchmark year shows the final occupancy reached in that year for comparison.

+ Room occupancy per year: Occupancy figures on an annual basis. Capacity refers to the maximum number of bookable overnight stays per year; Overnight stays show the actual number (including options).
+ Opening Days: Number of opening days in the respective calendar year. Closing periods and leap years are taken into account.
+ Room Capacity: Maximum number of possible occupied rooms in a calendar year. Ongoing changes are taken into account.
+ Room Occupancy Nights: Effective number of occupied rooms in a calendar year.
+ Room Occupancy in %: Percentage of room occupancy nights in relation to room capacity
+ Room occupancy per month: Occupancy figures for various years on a monthly basis. The first value in this table shows the occupancy rate as a percentage of monthly capacity; the second shows the number of overnight stays during opening days (including options).
