What can I find in the occupancy evaluation?

In the following tables, room occupancy is determined based on the number of effective room nights from all reservations for the respective year. If specified in the settings of your ADDITIVE+ ACCOUNT, closure periods and changes in the number of rooms are taken into account.

 

+ Access ADDITIVE+ CRM

+ Click on "Reports"

+ Click on "Occupancy” 

+ Summary of the occupancy key figures:

+ Room occupancy per year: Occupancy figures on an annual basis. The calculation uses the effective opening days and the effective number of rooms.

+ Opening Days: Number of opening days in the respective calendar year. Closing periods and leap years are taken into account.

+ Room Capacity: Maximum number of possible occupied rooms in a calendar year. Ongoing changes are taken into account.

+ Room Occupancy Nights: Effective number of occupied rooms in a calendar year.

+ Room Occupancy in %: Percentage of room occupancy nights in relation to room capacity

+ Room occupancy per night: Occupancy figures for various years on a monthly basis.  The calculation uses the effective opening days and the effective number of rooms available.

+ 1st value: Effective number of occupied rooms on the effective opening days of the month (= room occupancy nights).

+ 2nd value: Percentage of room occupancy nights in relation to the maximum possible number of occupied rooms (room capacity) on the effective opening days of the month (= room occupancy rate)

+ Graph room occupancy: With this analysis tool, the room occupancy of various years can be compared on a monthly and weekly basis.

+ Reference Date: Analysis of future occupancy on a particular day

+ Reference Year: Analysis of the reached occupancy in the selected reference year

+ Evaluation Interval: monthly/weekly
