+ Summary of key figures under Voucher Sales:
+ Total Orders: Number of voucher orders in the selected period. Incentive vouchers are excluded.
+ Paid Orders: Number of vouchers ordered within the selected period that have already been paid for. Incentive vouchers are excluded.
+ Unpaid Orders: Number of unpaid voucher orders. Incentive vouchers are excluded.
+ Paid Revenue: Revenue of paid vouchers ordered within the selected period. Incentive vouchers are excluded.
+ Outstanding value: Total value of ordered and paid vouchers within the selected period that have neither been redeemed, canceled, nor expired.
+ Average Order Value: Average purchase amount of vouchers ordered in the selected period. Calculated using the purchase amount (including discounts), not the voucher value. Incentive vouchers are excluded.
+ Bestseller by Order Count: Top 10 vouchers ordered, listed by number of orders
+ Online sales by top countries: Voucher sales by country through the online widget shop, showing order counts and revenue in the selected period. Based on ordered vouchers. Incentive vouchers are excluded.
+ Orders by voucher type: Distribution of voucher orders by type, showing counts and revenues for both ordered and paid vouchers in the selected period. Incentive vouchers are excluded.
+ Voucher orders over time: Timeline of voucher orders with counts and revenues, showing both ordered and paid vouchers in the selected period. Incentive vouchers are excluded.

+ Redeemed Vouchers:
+ Redeemed Vouchers: Number of vouchers redeemed in the selected period. Incentive vouchers are not included.
+ Redeemed Value: Total redeemed value of vouchers in the selected period. Calculated using the full voucher value, not the purchase amount. Incentive vouchers are not included.
+ Average days to Redemption: Average number of days between the order date and the redemption date of vouchers. Calculations are based on the redemption date within the selected period. Incentive vouchers are not included.
+ Redemption Rate (Available with All-Time filter): Percentage of paid vouchers that have been redeemed. Calculated as redeemed vouchers divided by all paid vouchers. Available only with the “all time” filter. Incentive vouchers are not included.
+ Expired Vouchers:
+ Expired orders count: Number of expired orders in the selected period.
+ Expired Value: Total value of vouchers that expired in the selected period. Calculated using the full voucher value, not the purchase amount. Incentive vouchers are not included.
