      What is an incentive voucher?

      An incentive voucher is a special voucher that is used to create an incentive for the guest in order to motivate them to take certain actions, such as making an inquiry or a reservation.

       

      This voucher is forwarded to the guest in different ways depending on the online marketing package. This process is generally always triggered by the ADDITIVE+ MARKETING AUTOMATION - either by a lead email, the guest lifecycle emails or by using special trigger campaigns.
