What is shown in the detailed reports and what is represented by the indicators?

Reports

+ Access ADDITIVE+ NEWSLETTER

+ Click on "Reports"

+ Click on the desired campaign to display the report

+ Summary of the general indicators:

+ Address book: The address book to which the newsletter was sent

+ Languages: The language of the newsletter

+ Groups (if applicable): The Group to whom the newsletter was sent 

+ Sent on: Date and time that newsletter was sent

+ Resent on: Date and time of the Resend Campaign

+ Recipients of the Resend Campaign: number of recipients of the Resend Campaign

+ Total recipients: Total number of recipients

+ Performance Indicators: 

+ Total Email opens: The total number of email (incl. multiple) opens. 

+ Total clicks: The total number of  (incl. multiple) clicks

+ Unique Email opens:

For unique openings, only one opening per recipient is counted. Multiple openings of the same recipient are not taken into account.

+ Unique clicks:

For unique clicks, only one click per recipient is counted. Repeated clicks by the same recipient are not taken into account.

+ Click-to-open rate: indicates how many of the recipients who opened the email clicked on at least one link

+ Unsubscribes: number of recipients who unsubscribed using the unsubscribe link

+ Hard Bounces: 

Hard Bounces are a permanent reason why the newsletter cannot be delivered. Affected email addresses are unsubscribed immediately

+ Soft Bounces: Temporary reason why the newsletter cannot be delivered. If it happens three times in a row, affected email addresses will be unsubscribed

+ Spam Complaints: number of markings of a delivered email as spam.

+ Google Analytics (if there is a connection):

+ Indicators:

+ Engaged session: total number of engaged sessions

+ ø session duration: average duration of a session on the website

+ Conversions: total number of conversions generated on the website

+ Event count: Frequency at which an event was triggered in the selected time period

+ Total revenue: the total amount of sales generated through the website

+ Conversions: listing of the various conversions, including numerical and percentage sales.

+ Reflects recipients' open and click behavior in relation to the time in order to choose the most appropriate sending time.

+ Mail Client: List of email clients in which recipients opened the newsletter.

+ Mobile: Indicates whether the recipients opened the newsletter on a desktop or in a mobile version on a smartphone and enables optimization for the preferred device.
