      How do I unsubscribe people from ADDITIVE+ MARKETING AUTOMATION mailings?

      People

      Option 1: Unsubscribe from individual contacts

      + Access ADDITIVE+ CRM

      + Click on the "Exclusion list"

      + Click on the plus symbol at the bottom right

      + Select “Add email addresses manually”

      + Enter the email address of the contact

      + Click on “Exclude”

       

      Option 2: Unsubscribe a list of contacts

      + Access ADDITIVE+ CRM

      + Click on "Exclusion list"

      + Click on the plus symbol at the bottom right

      + Select "Import contacts to be excluded"

      + Select the file (CSV for faster import) of the contacts to be imported

      + Assign the correct fields

      + Click on "Import"

      + Click on "Exclude"
