How does the survey feature work?

The creation of surveys is only available in connection with the ADDITIVE+ MARKETING AUTOMATION.

 

The survey feature within ADDITIVE+ CONTENT can be used to query guests' interests through various campaigns and then consider these for individualized communication via various channels (segmented newsletters, dynamic landing pages, trigger campaigns, etc.).

 

Two reasons why surveys should be part of your campaign constellation:

+ Individualized communication: By analyzing travel motives, the communication can be tailored to the interests of your guests, and customer loyalty and purchasing power can be increased

+ Optimization of services/products: Knowledge regarding requirements and expectations of both existing and new services/products can be used in a targeted manner and resources can be utilized more efficiently

+ Survey block
At regular intervals, the survey block within the newsletter can be used to query the interests of specific recipient groups in order to adapt future communication accordingly. The selected interests may vary depending on the establishment and should cover the main topics of the respective hotel.

 

 

Within ADDITIVE+ MARKETING AUTOMATION 
+ Guest Lifecycle Emails (UC11 - Pre Stay) 
Regarding an upcoming stay, the guest is contacted x days before arrival and asked to share with the hotel what should not be missing during their stay. The selected interests may vary depending on the establishment and should cover the main topics of the respective hotel.

 

+ Email Automation (lead campaign)
As part of their onboarding via the email series, potential guests are asked to tell the hotel which topics are particularly relevant to them so that future communication can be adapted accordingly. The selected interests may vary depending on the establishment and should cover the main topics of the respective hotel.
