What are FAQs and how do I create them?

The creation of FAQs is only available in connection with the ADDITIVE+ MARKETING AUTOMATION.

 

FAQs refer to a collection of information on frequently asked questions (e.g. check-in/check-out times, included services, cancellation conditions, etc.). In most cases, there are already FAQ pages on the website where the information can be obtained. We advise to always list inclusive services at the top of the FAQ list, followed by check-in/check-out times and cancellation conditions.

 

+ Access ADDITIVE+ CONTENT

+ Click on "Contents”

+ Click on "FAQs"

 

Before creating a FAQ, it is necessary to create a category if one does not already exist:

+ Click on the plus sign on the lower right

+ Click on "Category"

+ Create categories:

+ Enter the name 

+ Click on "Save"

 

Now the first FAQ for the category can be created:

+ Click on the plus sign on the lower right

+ Click on "FAQ"

Fill in the following fields in the section on the left:

+ Question: Enter a question or a title (e.g. "What is included?" or "Included services")

+ Answer: Enter all important information (in bullet points and reduced to the essentials)

Interests, travel motives and travel periods (optional): Select one or more keywords

+ Fill in the following fields in the section on the right:

+ Categories: Select one or more of the previously created categories

+ Click on "Save"

+ Click on "Publish"

+ Select language

+ Click on "Save"

 

INFO: The order of the USPs can be controlled using the star rating (on the right). Simply click on the desired number of stars. The content with a high star rating is listed first. If the number of stars is the same, the content that was last edited is displayed first.
