      What do I see in the detailed report? What do the key figures mean?

      Reports

      In the following tables, all reservations (excl. canceled reservations) are analyzed from different perspectives and assigned to their corresponding categories. Based on their respective dates of arrival, they are also allocated to their corresponding year.

       

      + Access ADDITIVE+ CRM

      + Click on "Reports" 

      + (optional) Select "Country of residence of the reserving person" and/or "Age of the reserving person".

      + Summary of basic key figures:

      + Reservation key figures: This table shows all relevant key figures for the reservations of the respective year.

      + Reservierungen (Reservations)

      + Ankünfte (Arrivals)

      + Nächtigungen (Overnight stays)

      + ∅ Res. Umsatz Logis (∅ revenue services)

      + ∅ Res. Umsatz Extras (∅ revenue extras)

      + ∅ Res. Umsatz (∅ revenue)

      + Distribution by frequency: This table shows the distribution of all reservations of the respective year based on the booking frequency of the person making the reservation. 

      + Erstbesucher (First-time visitors)

      + Wiederkehrer (Return visitors)

      + Stammgäste (Regular guests): The person making the reservation has made at least 3 other reservations in the period of the previous 4 calendar years up to the time of this reservation.

      + Distribution by travel group: This table shows the distribution of all reservations of the respective year based on the composition of the travel group of the reservation.

      + 1 Erwachsener (1 adult)

      + 2 Erwachsene (2 adults)

      + 1 oder 2 Erw. mit Kind(er) (1 or 2 adults with child(ren))

      + Gruppe (Group (min. 3 adults, without child))

      + Gruppe mit Kind(er) (Group with child(ren) (min. 3 adults persons, with child(ren)))

      + Sonstige (other)

      + ∅ Anzahl von Personen (∅ Number of people)

      + Distribution by length of stay: This table shows the distribution of all reservations of the respective year based on the length of stay of the reservation.

      + Distribution by Booking Lead Time: This table shows the distribution of all reservations of the respective year based on how far in advance the reservation was made.

      + Guest Distribution by Age: This table shows the distribution of all reservations of the respective year based on their age.

      + Guest distribution by country of residence: This table shows the distribution of all guests of the respective year based on the country of residence (not nationality) at the time of reservation.
