This section provides an overview of Booking Statistics and key performance metrics at a glance. For deeper insights and detailed reports, please explore the individual reports.

+ Access ADDITIVE+ CRM

+ Click on "Booking statistics" 

+ Summary of basic key figures:

+ Confirmed Reservations as of today: Only confirmed reservations are included; options and cancellations are excluded. The reservation is assigned to a month based on its creation date.

+ Occupancy Forecast for the next 6 months: This chart shows the occupancy for the upcoming six months based on confirmed reservations only, excluding options and cancellations. The data compares the same forecast period (as of today) to the equivalent day in the previous two years

+ Overnight Stays and Opening days (Year-over-Year): This chart shows how total overnight stays and opening days have developed over the past years. Overnight stays are shown on the right axis, while the number of opening days per year is shown on the left axis.

+ Booking summary by arrival date: Data is assigned to the year of stay based on the actual arrival date. The year reflects when the stay takes place, not when the reservation was created. The numbers in the table are calculated from reservations (including options).
