      How do I use the ADDITIVE+ CRM?

      General information

      + Access ADDITIVE+ CRM

      + The following items are available:

      + Overview: Overview of the most important key figures (Total number of people, reservations, last activities). Activities can be filtered via the "Activity Type" drop-down list

      + People: List of all contacts available in the PMS. By clicking on the contact, contact-related information, stays, activities, and segments are displayed. To filter individuals with specific characteristics, click "Search" in the upper right corner. 

      + Reports: reservations (excl. canceled reservations) from different perspectives and assigned to their corresponding categories are shown. This way, conclusions can be drawn regarding guest distribution by frequency, travel groups, length of stay, etc.

      + Settings: Under settings, technical information about data import from PMS, including exceptions (deleted reservations, excluded houses codes) as well as data import from generated contacts via Lead Ads can be viewed.
