Where does the data come from and how is it transferred into ADDITIVE+ CRM?

General Information

The personal and activity data of the guests is obtained from the PMS used and transferred to the ADDITIVE+ CRM as follows:

+ Automatic data import: The data is automatically transferred from the PMS to the ADDITIVE+ CRM on a daily basis and stored there. A prerequisite for the import is the setup of a data interface by the PMS service provider. 

+ Manual data import: The data is periodically downloaded from the PMS and imported into the ADDITIVE+ CRM via CSV or Excel.
