How can I restore access to my account? (2FA)

General Information

If access to the authenticator device has been lost and login is no longer possible, the support team can assist in restoring access to the account. 

 

+ Contact support@additive.eu or the assigned Customer Success Manager.

+ A short video call or phone appointment will be arranged to verify the user’s identity.

+ After successful verification, the old authenticator device will be removed from the system.

+ Login will then be possible again, and two-factor authentication can be reconfigured.


Important Note:

For security reasons, access can only be restored after successful identity verification.
