How do I create an accommodation voucher?

+ Access ADDITIVE+ VOUCHERS

+ Click on "Vouchers"

+ Click on "Create Voucher"

+ Select "Accommodation Voucher"

+ Fill in the following fields in the section on the left: 

+ Title: This title appears on the voucher. Including the word "voucher" in the title can improve readability.

+ Description: The description is displayed in the voucher shop but does not appear on the voucher.

+ Services: The items define what the voucher covers. They appear directly on the voucher.

+ Image: Click on "Add image". Several images can be selected, which will be available to the buyer when creating the voucher on the website

+ Fill in the following fields in the section on the right: 

+ Voucher Category: By selecting the category, the voucher can be assigned to a specific folder. All vouchers of the same category will be grouped there.

+ Validity: Select the validity that will be printed on the voucher. The validity can always be extended if necessary.

+ Number of people: Pre-selection between one or two people. If no pre-selection is made, the customer can specify the desired number at the time of purchase. The base rate will be multiplied accordingly.

+ Minimum number of overnight stays: Pre-selection of the minimum number of overnight stays

+ Rooms: Select the desired room categories in the drop-down menu. Ensure each room has a base rate, so it can be selected here

+ Discount/Incentive: The voucher can be offered at a lower price. The discount is visible to the buyer and can be limited to a certain period of time.

+ Activation code (optional): By turning on this setting, the voucher can be "hidden" on the website and retrieved only after entering the defined activation code.

+ Click on "Save"

+ Click on "Publish"

+ Select the language

+ Click on "Publish"
