Include or exclude options: A new toggle in the top right of the yearly and monthly occupancy tables lets you switch between including and excluding reservation options.
- Switch between arrival date and booking creation date: A new date dimension switcher lets you choose whether the occupancy data is grouped by arrival date or by the date a reservation was created. Creation date gives you a forward-looking view that shows bookings already on the books for future periods, even if those guests haven't arrived yet. This is especially useful for spotting early demand signals and understanding booking pace at a glance.
- Optimized Lead Export: Lead export now includes interests, travel motives, and preferred travel time

New Reservations Section: All reservation data from the PMS is now available directly in the CRM, clearly structured, filterable, and with a detailed view for each reservation. Clicking on a reservation opens a side panel with the key information as well as a revenue breakdown. A direct link to the guest profile is also available. Filters can be combined and saved for quick access later.

Year-to-Date Filter: In selected CRM reports, the current year’s performance can now be compared directly with the same period of the previous year, ensuring a consistent comparison timeframe.

Data-Quality-Toggle: Previously, leads and marketing contacts were included in data quality calculations, which led to skewed values (e.g., for fields like birthday or country). The new toggle allows you to distinguish between PMS contacts and all contacts, enabling a more accurate assessment
- PMS import filters: It is now possible to define which reservations are imported from the PMS. Filters make it easy to include or exclude irrelevant areas such as specific properties, room categories, or guest groups—eliminating the need for manual database adjustments.

New import dates in data quality section: Last updated reservation date and Last reservation import date. These appear directly in the data quality tab and help you verify whether client booking data is current and when the last sync occurred.
- RevPAR added to Reservations KPIs: RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) helps you evaluate revenue performance directly in the CRM without manual calculations.
