  • Data-Quality-Toggle: Previously, leads and marketing contacts were included in data quality calculations, which led to skewed values (e.g., for fields like birthday or country). The new toggle allows you to distinguish between PMS contacts and all contacts, enabling a more accurate assessment

  • PMS import filters: It is now possible to define which reservations are imported from the PMS. Filters make it easy to include or exclude irrelevant areas such as specific properties, room categories, or guest groups—eliminating the need for manual database adjustments.

  • New import dates in data quality section: Last updated reservation date and Last reservation import date. These appear directly in the data quality tab and help you verify whether client booking data is current and when the last sync occurred. 

  • RevPAR added to Reservations KPIs: RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room)  helps you evaluate revenue performance directly in the CRM without manual calculations.

  • A+ CRM Facelift: The A+ CRM has been completely redesigned and relaunched with a fresh new look and a full technical rebuild of both the frontend and backend.

    Updated areas include: Fully renewed UI/UX design, reworked table structures & filter logic, improved usability & performance
    • New KPIs:
      + Email Health Score: Shows the share of contacts with a valid email adress excluding third party adresses (e.g.,OTAs)
      + Reachable Contacts: All contacts with a valid email address excluding third party adresses (e.g.,OTAs)

      + Last PMS data import: Displays the date of the most recent PMS import
    • New Charts:
      + Contact breakdown by language
      + Confirmed reservations per year over the past three years

      + Simplified and optimized occupancy table
      + Overnight stays and opening days
      + Guest distribution by age group, travel group, country of origin, and guest  loyalty
      + Closure periods displayed as a Gantt chart
    • New tables:
      + Contacts by creation source (including time filters)
      + Incomplete contacts: Shows the number of contacts with missing information
      + Contacts with third-party email addresses (e.g., OTAs) 

      + Booking summary: A summary of key business metrics
      + Country statistics: Improved layout and enhanced user experience
    • Optimized filters:
      + Filters have been completely reorganized and redesigned for better clarity and user experience.

  • Status update: CRM reservations with an option_expiration_date now automatically update expired options to option_cancelled.

  • Snapshot analysis for any date in past calendar years: Occupancy can be analyzed for any specific date in completed calendar years, no longer limited to dates earlier in the current year.

  • Opera Cloud PMS integration: Opera Cloud is now available to all customers for integration into our systems. The solution supports all use cases for guest lifecycle emails - with the exception of last-minute offers.
