  • New double-opt-in behavior: When a guest signs up multiple times for the same campaign without confirming their double-opt-in email, they now receive a new confirmation email with each submission. The latest submission automatically replaces the previous unconfirmed one, and only the newest email remains valid for confirmation. This fixes the issue where guests who missed or deleted the first confirmation email couldn’t sign up again, making lead capture more reliable and guest-friendly.

  • Real-time mailing delivery: The first email in an email series is sent almost in real time, 1–3 minutes after DOI confirmation.

  • Two-Step On-Page Campaign Pop-Up: The new two-step opt-in can now be activated in the widget settings. The first view now only shows a single input field (email) – this reduces complexity by 75%. The second step only appears after the first has been completed.

  • Optimization of Usecase 2b: Usecase2b emails are now triggered based on the latest actual departure date, not the reservation creation date. This prevents premature sends when older reservations were created after more recent stays.
  • Optimization of Usecases 3a and 3b: The logic of Use Cases 3a and 3b has been adjusted: guests with at least one stay during the observation period are now included (previously only those with two or more stays were considered). This change is expected to significantly increase the email volume.
