      What do I see in the evaluation of the reservation key figures?

      Booking statistics

      + Access ADDITIVE+ CRM

      + Click on "Booking statistics"

      + Click on "Reservation Key Figures”

      + (optional) Select a "Country of residence of the reserving person" and/or "Age of reserving person" 

      + Booking Performance Overview:

      + Reservation Key Figures: This table shows all relevant key figures for the reservations of the respective year.

      + Reservations

      + Arrivals

      + Overnight Stays

      + Average Rooms Revenue

      + Average Extra Revenue

      + Average Total Revenue

      + Distribution by Frequency: This table displays the distribution of reservations for the selected year based on the booking history of the guest.

      + First time guest: First recorded reservation.
      + Returning guest: Has made prior reservations.
      + Regular guest: Has made at least three additional reservations within the four years preceding the arrival date.

      + Guest Demographics:

      + Distribution by travel groups: This table shows the distribution of all reservations for the selected year based on the composition of the travel group.

      + 1 or 2 adults: Reservation for 1 or 2 adults without a minor.

      + 1 or 2 adults with child(ren): Reservation for 1 or 2 adults with at least one minor. 

      + Group: Reservation for 3 or more adults without a minors.

      + Group with child(ren): Reservation for 3 or more adults, with minors. 

      + Others: Reservation for a group that does not fit any of the above categories.

      + Guest distribution by age: This table shows the distribution of all guests of the respective year based on their age.

      + Guest distribution by country of residence: This table shows the distribution of all guests of the respective year based on the country of residence (not nationality) at the time of reservation.

      + Booking behaviour:

      + Distribution by length of stay: This table shows the distribution of all reservations of the respective year based on the length of stay of the reservation.

      + Distribution by booking lead time: This table shows the distribution of all reservations for the respective year based on the booking lead time. Reservations with no identifiable lead time (e.g. created after arrival) are listed under "Other"
